  • 10.00 – 10.30 – Introduction and basic principles for Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • 10.30 – 11.00 – Tips: How to phrase and display great communication skills? How to avoid formulaic consultation?
  • 11.00 – 11.30 – PLAB 2: Why do people fail and why do they pass? An examiner’s perspective
  • 11.30 – 11.45 – Coffee break
  • 11.45 – 01.15 – Role-play scenarios 1
  • 01.15 – 02.00 – Lunch
  • 02.00 – 03.30 – Role-play scenario 2
  • 03.30 – 03.45 – Coffee break
  • 03.45 – 05.15 – Role-play scenario 3
  • 05.15 – 06.15 – Interactive session and one to one feedback
  • 06.15 – 06.30 – General remarks and conclude
The teaching will not be generic and prepares candidates to deal with all scenarios and cope with any variations on pre-existing scenarios.
